Standard room (first floor)- $90/night
Deluxe room (third floor)- $105/night
2013 High Season (Dec. 16, 2012 - Apr. 15, 2013):
Standard room (first floor)- $85/night for Single Occupancy. $127/night for Double Occupancy
Deluxe room (third floor)- $100/night for Single Occupancy. $143/night for Double Occupancy
*Prices include a hearty breakfast and wifi
*Prices do not include taxes (10%)

*Our check-in hours are: 12 noon to 8:30PM. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. No guests will be checked-in after 8:30PM
Holiday surcharge of $15 per room per night from December 20 through January 5.
The Canopy Bed and Breakfast now offers dinner ($22 + 7% tax per person per dinner). Meals are a set menu with vegetarian options available. Please arrange meal service upon booking your room at the B&B.
